POR CULPA DE CHAVEZ: VENEZUELA INCREMENTÓ, EN 82%, LA PRODUCCIÓN AGRÍCOLA PECUARIA

Desde 1988 hasta 1998, últimos 10 años del puntofijismo, la Producción Agrícola Pecuaria, apenas se incrementó en 23%. Pasó de 2 millones 98 mil 606 a 2 millones 575 mil 443 toneladas (t) de producción.

En cambio, desde la llegada del Gobierno Revolucionario, de esos 2 millones 575 mil 443 t, casi duplicamos la producción agrícola pecuaria, al llegar a 4 millones 699 mil 120 t.

Este incremento se debe, a una serie de políticas sociales, tales como: la Promulgación de la Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura del año 2009, que elimina la práctica de al pesca de arrastre, que produce un desequilibrio en la superficie marina acabando con las especies, y el Beneficio de la pensión de vejez, a partir de 2010, que favorece a los pescadores y pescadoras que hayan cumplido, si es hombre, sesenta (60) años de edad y si es mujer, cincuenta y cinco (55) años de edad.
