INGLES

Undoubtedly, Commander Fidel Castro is despised by some who have not had the opportunity to meet, monitor and listen to his wise words, perhaps echoing the image sold by mass cumunicacion large serving capitalist interests, but at the same time is also greatly appreciated by those who have followed him for decades and tested their mettle against an empire that could not, may never break the leader or his people.

For something God has allowed this man even further in struggle against imperial rot.

We must remember that it was he who first alerted the world about the absurd proliferation of nuclear plants and weapons of this type around the world have there what happened in Japan and the terrible consequences that loom for humanity.

REFLECTIONS OF FIDEL: "THE SHOES I TIGHTEN"

While smokeless stricken radioactive reactors in Japan and stamped monstrous aircraft and nuclear submarines remote control launching deadly loads on Libya, a North African country in the Third World with only six million people, Barack Obama made him the Chileans a story similar to the I heard when I was 4 years old: "The shoes pinch me, me warm socks, and the kiss you gave me, it's in my heart."

Some of his listeners were astonished at the Cultural Center in Santiago de Chile.

When the President looked forward to the public after the treacherous mention Cuba, expecting a burst of applause, there was an icy silence. Behind her, ah, happy chance!, Among other Latin American flags, was exactly that of Cuba.

If you turned around a second on his right shoulder would have been like a shadow, the symbol of the Revolution in its powerful rebel island country wanted, but could not destroy.

Anyone would, without doubt, extremely optimistic if you expect the people of Our America applauded the 50 anniversary of the Bay of Pigs mercenary invasion, 50 years of cruel economic blockade of a sister country, 50 years of threats and terrorist attacks that claimed thousands of lives, 50 years of projects to assassinate the leaders of the historical process.

I was alluded to in his words. Lent, in fact, my services to the Revolution for a long time but never evaded risks and violates constitutional principles, ideological or ethical, I regret not having had more health to keep serving it.

Quit without hesitation to all my state and political positions, including that of First Secretary of the Party, when sick and never tried to exercise after the Proclamation of July 31, 2006, or when partly recovered my health more than a year later, although all still affectionate title that way.

But I still and will remain as promised: a soldier of ideas, while I can think or breathe.

When Obama was questioned about the coup against President Salvador Allende heroic, like many others promoted by the United States, and the mysterious death of Eduardo Frei, who was assassinated by agents of the DINA, a creation of the U.S. government, lost his presence of mind and began to stutter.

It was certain, without doubt, the television commentary of Chile at the end of his speech, when he said that Obama had nothing to offer the hemisphere.

For my part, I will not give the impression that I feel hatred against them, much less to the American people, who recognize the contribution of many of their children to culture and science.

Obama is now ahead of a trip to El Salvador on Tuesday. There will have to invent a lot, because in that sister nation in Central America, arms and coaches received from the governments of his country, shed much blood.

I wish you safe journey and a little more sense.

Fidel Castro Ruz.

INGLES:
Now that the people of Tunisia and Egypt have succeeded, or at least so it seems, it's a good time also to talk of another revolution unknown to many: the "revolution" of Iceland, a country that the IMF gave as an example to follow and that because of his bad politics, a term fully broken, buried in the rubble of a bench lacrosa that turned the island into a huge "tax havens" leaving a debt equivalent to the entire GDP of eight years and several months.
For more than two years the citizens themselves in Iceland, took control of his country, of course, all these facts have been obscured by the media service rates to the so-called European democracies and thereby have avoided the rest Peoples are aware that if you can live without the parasites controllers, operators and created by the Capilalismo slave.
That other "Revolution" began more than two years on an island called Iceland, and occurred in a country where they say the democracy is one of the oldest in the world, certainly Iceland ranked first in the report of the UN Human Development Index 2007/2008.
There the people had joined a government resignation in its entirety, nationalized major banks in the country, decided not to pay the debt that the corrupt corrupt bankers had contracted with Great Britain and Holland, but not satisfied with that, created a popular assembly to rewrite its Constitution. The incredible thing is that all that did their citizens in a peaceful way: just playing pans, shouting and hitting accurate throwing eggs at government corrupt personalities they had.
No doubt this has been a revolution against the neoliberal political and financial power have led to guilty to the current world crisis and that is where the imperial media have done everything to not to reveal the beautiful freedom process led by Icelandic people, thus have prevented the spread fear that the other European citizens follow the example of Iceland.
The story begins in late 2008, when the effects of the crisis in the Icelandic economy was devastating, precisely in October of that year the government nationalized the country's largest bank, Landsbanki, the British government immediately freeze all assets its subsidiary Icesave, with 300,000 British customers and 910 million euros invested by local governments and public entities in the UK. A Landsbanki was followed by two major banks, the Kaupthing Glitnir. At that time, the whole of Iceland bank debt amounted to several times its gross domestic product (GDP).
On the other hand, the currency plummeted and the stock was suspending its activity after a 76% collapse. The country was bankrupt.
Government to alleviate the crisis, officially requested assistance from the Fund (IMF), which approved a loan of 2,100 million dollars, supplemented by another 2,500 million some Nordic countries.
Almost immediately, did not wait for citizen protests outside parliament in Reykjavik, which were increasing day by day.
Under pressure from citizens, 23 January 2009, the government calls for early elections and three days later, pans and protests were already crowded, which presumably caused the resignation of Prime Minister Geir H. conservative Haarde, and block all his administration. This was the first government that fell victim to the global crisis.
The April 25 general elections were held which came out winning a coalition government formed by the Social Democratic Alliance and the Left Green Movement, headed by Prime Minister Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir.
In the course of 2009 continued the dismal economic situation and the year closed with a fall in GDP of 7%..
By a law widely discussed in parliament proposed the payment of debt to Britain and the Netherlands by the payment of 3,500 million Euros, an amount that will pay all Icelandic households monthly during the next 15 years at 5.5% interest. Given that disgusting ad by the government, no doubt pressured by the IMF, people turn to take to the streets and asked to submit the bill to a popular referendum in January 2010, the President, Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, announces that there will be referendum to vote for or against the proposed Act.
In the referendum held in March and NO payment of debt more than wipes out 90% of the vote. At that time the people he gets a slap on the IMF, since the revolution achieved victory Icelandic peacefully.
The IMF gets its claws and immediately freezes financial aid to Iceland leaving pending the repayment of its debt, alongside that, the government initiated a legal investigation with the aim of clarifying who have responsibility for the crisis, then it initiated the arrest of several senior bankers and executives, also is issued an international warrant of arrest against the former Chairman of Kaupthing, Sigurdur Einarsson.
In November 2010 a Constituent Assembly to draft a new constitution to incorporate the lessons learned from the crisis and to replace the current, which experts say is a copy of the Danish constitution. To do so, go directly to the sovereign people. 25 citizens are elected without political affiliation of the 522 who have submitted applications, and for which only needed to be older and have the support of 30 people. And Iceland Constitutional Assembly has begun its work in February 2011 and submit a draft constitution based on the consensus recommendations in various meetings to be held across the country, it must be approved by the Parliament and the current that is formed after the forthcoming elections.
But the country's parliament has not only done that, but it has been proposed as "revolutionary" called "The Modern Icelandic Initiative for the Media (Modern Icelandic Media Initiative), this bill would create a legal framework for protection of freedom of information and expression, which is trying to make the country a safe haven for investigative journalism and freedom of information which protect sources, journalists and Internet providers that host news reporting.
The history of Icelandic Revolution has been obscured by the European media and the world, because they do not agree that their citizens see as a people has taken the reins of sovereignty and put an ass face to Neoliberal, put in evidence that it is they who have become a democracy in clinging to power, and where citizens get in return crumbs, expansion of social cuts and worsening working conditions.
The Icelandic people proved to be a cultured, caring, optimistic and brave, who knew how to rectify the debacle, has given a lesson in democracy to the world.
Today Iceland is growing, the budget surplus will be public soon, its economic situation is much better than other countries also treeless, like Greece or Ireland.
As they did? Peacefully, and certainly something revolutionary, but was supposed to be one of the basic rules of capitalism: Iceland refused to socialize losses and let the banks go bankrupt simply irresponsible to grab after the bajadita.

INGLES:

This is not reform the private property, but to abolish it, it is not overcome class antagonisms but the abolition of classes, not about improving the existing society, but to establish a new one."
Karl Marx, Message to the League of Communists, 1850.

In many ways the twentieth century has certainly been the busiest, prolific and controversial history. Indelibly marked the general course of human events with an everlasting strength: for better or for worse we did attend the emergence of countless new processes, such as scientific and technological revolution unstoppable applied to the improvement of everyday life, first socialist experiments, the globalization of the economy and culture (now dubbed the "globalization"), wars with the application of the most destructive forces that could conceive, the beginning of the conquest of space, the beginning of the liberation of women, development of the syndrome acquired immunodeficiency overcrowded societies and supported by growing strength in the media, hegemonic powers worldwide. All this was new in history, and the last century is the starting point, turning point probably not recede more. Each of these aspects represents, in and of itself, a world apart, each has run lots different, very different future prospects together. Among all interests us now particularize for the speech protester who brought socialism and luck that it had throughout the century.

When discussing the history of socialism, ie genuine hope in a new world of justice, we mean not so much to its genesis and early nineteenth-century scores and worldview, but to what, and in both mature proposal, meant in expectations that was opening. No doubt, no one could deny this, moved to the best of humanity, in every sense: those most noble, selfless and honest who saw his appearance as a theory and the first Russian revolution, 1917 - the beginning of a paradise possible, to injustice, the gateway to "the homeland of mankind." Moved, also, the best that each human can have: the spirit of solidarity, brotherhood, generosity, genuine and selfless.

Many things have marked the twentieth century, of course, but the beginning of the socialist experiments are among those most reactions occurred both acceptance and rejection. What was at stake there was a lot bigger than I could open any scientific discovery or artistic trend. The depth of the desired transformation was equally intense passions. Nobody could remain indifferent to the magnitude of his proposal.

In a way one could say that the century was crossed by this phenomenon: the first union struggles in order to socialize the property, the triumph of the first socialist revolution, the capitalist world's reaction to his appearance, the building began to to countries that started to travel those roads, the cold war between antagonistic blocs that were delineated and the subsequent triumph of capitalism over its opponent model by the end of the century, none of this stopped deeply move to any person on the planet. During the long years this struggle between blocks, between world views, the ideas generated by socialism began to be commonplace in popular culture. No one was surprised by talk of "exploitation", nor were cryptic terms of Upper Room to start the "class struggle", the "distribution of wealth", the "seizure of power," "imperialism."

Today, the beginning of the XXI century, having raced much water under the bridge and drop those first hope, no alternative models to the eye that serve to counterbalance the overwhelming hegemony of neoliberalism and of unipolarity the United States military, all that speech of just a few decades ago seems to have vanished. But, in substance, nothing of what these words mean has changed is the class struggle continues the unequal distribution of wealth, power remains in very few hands, imperialism has grown.

Why left the scene all these terms? Does "out of fashion? In fact changed the political agenda, they changed the scenery, but no real changes in the structures. Although it is almost a dirty word and no one can use today, no more imperialism? History is written by the victors, so now, having imposed the market as absolute deity, everything that goes against them is blasphemous. Hence, not named above, are anathema. Talking about class struggle or anachronistic imperialism is today ... But not so!

It is true that history is written by the winners, but there is another story! Although the overwhelming force that shows the triumph of high capital-management can have us overwhelmed by media, "the realities behind these terms are today" blasphemous "have not disappeared. Surely by the same taxation of big business that brought victory, we have taken this discourse oppositional fear and we fear being seen as nostalgic for a bygone era. Bow to the powers that be, of course, is easier to go against him. The numbness that caused the fall of the Berlin Wall, then sold bits as tourist souvenirs, still has us baffled and did we seem to be forgetting the healthy irreverence and rebellion that encouraged share struggles past decades. But that is not dead.

The post-Cold War world has resulted in quite pathetic phenomena: first, shares of ruthless exploitation that recall nineteenth-century capitalism without social laws to protect workers or state regulations. The precarious labor in recent years (read: exploitation starker) again showed the true face of economic and social system in which we operate. Along with this, as another consequence of this collapse (which was the collapse of a wall not only hopes but there were played) is presented an attempt to empty the discourse and practice of change, revolutionary. The protest was spoiled, deteriorated, and the system-wise, could be criminalizing. Could safely be said that the dominant discourse made us move from class struggle to the criminalization of social relations as an engine of history. Marx (abolition of private ownership of the means of production and class society based on it) we were going to Marc's (alternative dispute resolution).

Change often, no doubt. The class struggle left the scene. But let it be understood: they stopped being a subject of debate, the subject of scholarly debate concerning the political discourse ...., but still there. The "concern" that we were creating the dominant discourse began embracing topics such as "major." In addition to the advocacy of god-market, representative democracy was enthroned as a superior mode of government, and social problems were summarized in two things: poor governance practices (the "fault" of the politicians) or runaway crime, that in recent years seems to have been transformed into a new all embracing evil.

In other words, the class struggle as a crime explosion factor of societies. The daily life of recent times, increasingly plagued by corrupt acts (today is no longer news that "drop" any officer for any act of corruption) and crime of all sizes (cities increasingly insecure, drug trafficking, youth gangs and so on), it reveals the economic exploitation, class struggle, the great discontent that breeds in all societies. In short: the most flagrant injustice, we have been made and "natural", no longer the main theme. To cover this, to make up the system conveniently has been finding increasingly more subtle and effective control: religious fundamentalism of all kinds, global mass and saturated the sports show, mainly football (there was talk of making the World Championships every two years even), merciless bombardment of the media partners to the system (fourth generation warfare call that Pentagon strategists). Ie the social unrest of the farm product, the basic injustices still exist, was driving, controlling, shaping. And that was the main theme of any discussion ...., daily street violence or football. But the class struggle, but "outdated" are still there.

With the advent of socialism in the XXI century in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for several years, dusted off old concepts that seemed long forgotten heritage of dinosaurs as the Cubans. " The ideals buried under the rubble of the Berlin Wall came timidly to come to light. Perhaps justifiably expect a lot no doubt, of this process in Haiti. Today we do not know where it will go well for the Venezuelan experience, if you really look into a socialist horizon (of the century that is) or whether the "settlement class" ends imposed. So yes, without doubt, raised hopes that had been dormant over the years, the "socialism" is no longer a dirty word. And when nobody expected it (at least from the Western world) there knocking at the door of history, the revival of the Arab peoples with this storm of protests that are happening. Taking the words of José Steinsleger referring to events in Egypt, valid throughout the process that occurs today in much of the Arab world: "Is [there] a pre-revolutionary situation? Anarchists oppose the authoritarian solution; Socialists held their breath democratic uprising, the Communists think if the conditions are ripe, the Trotskyists agitate the program nationalists evoke the dignity of other times, the Liberals and Conservatives reviewed the pages of "The Leopard", and dream of the religious revival of Islam. " What this is really all this volcano?

The readings are diverse, even antithetical, and still can not predict where it will fire for the process. But definitely something is moving. Moves .... A lot! All this shows that the world's problems, the basic problems of civilization that produced this nonsense in which we live where it matters more machine than a human life, all that is what the old foundation Marx vehemently denounced 150 years ago.

Actually it is not "predict" what will happen to this wave of protests that set in motion the Arab peoples, it is important to support them as time, privileged perhaps in history. Support, and if you see that this is a step towards social transformation towards higher levels of justice, take it as their own, although not specifically belong to the Arab world. In any case, this can be a battle over a much broader struggle, more universal, not just the Arabs of course. In this case we are all Arabs, we are all in Tahrir Square in Cairo, we all part of the volcano has awakened.

But well worth taking this trip that began in the Arab world as a reminder that beyond the phenomenal media management distraction that confronts us with other problems, no doubt important, but less in short (daily crime, fees corruption, the "bad government"), class struggles are not dead.

LOS "REGIMENES DEMOCRATICOS SI PUEDEN CAER"

E

INGLES:

Are they condemned the people who live in Europe to see social unrest only on television? When will be new players?

Democratic regimes do not fall. Thus manifested plump and convincing a banker. And he argued: certain situations may cause some discontent in some suburbs, such as Paris and Marseille for a while, or there are cases of young radical as in the case of Greece, but either way they are still minor and medium-term controllable. Seldom get even a change of government, and if so, which replaces it will not matter at all the market economy.

Beyond the repulsion that we deserve a comment, the truth is that the anti-capitalist sectors arises from a question a few months ago with an air of hopelessness, how is it that no major riots, massive protests that put in jeopardy of capitalism and rotten roots, with the situation we are facing massive unemployment, job insecurity, continuous and dining rooms overwhelmed, youth without a future, a discredited political class, accelerated loss of social rights, union purchased and unrepresentative...

Perhaps that same banker would respond that none of this is severe enough to prevent governments lose control of the situation, and what he calls "democratic regime" in good health, therefore, that the capitalist crisis, caused by right-wing policies and values, will right itself (no matter which of its two versions: social democratic or conservative) replacement. A near-perfect game and built bipartisan not to question the system.

Given the present situation can only hope the spark that causes the fire. But "wait" does not seem an appropriate word, is given the responsibility of "now or never" to another party and keep watching on television as they burn other (at this time Arab countries, in others, Central America ...). Obviously the disappointment prevailing much of society is not able to become organized anger, that rebellion is also channeled through the system is not questioned, which left more known and less consistent lives tied to the calculator to see if a hundred more votes to get a larger parcel of words such as revolution or boycott no longer fall in its dictionary, they will not ever call anything other than vote for them, are part of the "democratic system" but no That should stop the work of the most conscious of society.

It is true that the task of going out against the regime becomes extremely complex in the popular ideology is believed that this is a democracy, the least bad of the possible systems, and the polls play the role of antidote to protests. However, graffiti reminded us that the polls are plastic and that any spark.

The banker can not be right, the "democratic regime" itself will fall, because the word "democratic" when they use it only hides capitalism, human beings need another form of organizing to survive as a species.

LA SEMILLA DEL PARAMILITARISMO, YAIR KLEIN (YARA GAL)

YAIR KLEIN (YARA GAL)

WHO IS Yair Klein (YARA GAL)?
HOW IT WORKS IN COLOMBIA, VENEZUELA AND ARGENTINA?
FUEON WHICH ITS LINKS WITH THE UNITED SELF-DEFENSE FORCES OF COLOMBIA (AUC)?

According to the Dictionary of the Spanish Royal Academy, Mercenary's who "of stipend served in the war to a foreign power."

The Israeli Yair Klein (Yara Gal) is that and more, according to his long life dedicated to participating in armed conflicts around the world. It was war hero, arms trafficking, taught how to torture and kill and has the dubious honor for having 'oiling' the war machine of the Defense Forces of Colombia, AUC.

Born in 1942 in Kibbutz Nizanim of Romanian descent, from his early youth he engaged the Israeli army in the Middle East conflict and his skills as a shooter and fighter led him to part in 1972 of a special assault group in seven half seconds and rescued the hostages from terrorists in a Libyan plane at Lod Airport in Tel Aviv.

Was effective in countering the ravages of the Organization for the Liberation of Palestine, the PLO, and hero of the Yom Kippur War. Six years later he left the Army and enrolled in private business but you do not let losses. A petrol bomb and a restaurant bankrupt under its inefficient management and decided to return to the Armed Forces, managed to command a battalion, and then an infantry brigade that participated in the Lebanon war.

In 1983 he moved to the ranks of the military reserve and created 'Hod Halanit', a security consulting company, which among several things provides services in the war to the highest bidder. Received two million dollars from the sale of seat belts, helmets and personal equipment to the Christian Phalange militia in Lebanon, who starred in the massacres in the refugee camps of Sabra and Shatila.

The business flourished and with four other partners who had also been part of the elite, he created 'Speardhead' (which translates to 'Spearhead'), specializing in the sale of arms and military technologies. Their partners were then identified as Picciotto Arik Afek, Tzedaka Abraham, Barlev and Terry Melnik, who acted as combat instructors.

In early 1987, Klein came to Colombia to offer to the Colombian National Police to hire the consulting services 'Speardhead' on defense and security.

Yair Klein (Yara Gal) during their stay in Colombia stayed at the Hotel Country 85 and met with the Commissioner of Police Carlos Arturo Casadiego and the owners of the private security company "Atlas Security," but on the decline now operational . We never knew if there was a contract, but months later, in 1988, arrived in the country with all its partners. They settled in Puerto Boyaca, to 'teach courses' to farmers, but the instructors were "simple security advisers", as stated in the beginning, they offered war service in the' Directory of Israel defense sales '. And those who were in the Magdalena Medio Colombiano were not simple peasants were farmers and former guerrillas of the FARC who had formed an association called "ACDEGAM" led by Henry Perez, a man who walked through the area with gun in his belt.

Almost all students were workers and members of the security of Pablo Escobar Gaviria and Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha, the Medellin cartel bosses, who had to pay the FARC vaccine to visit their extensive properties in that region. The training took place at the Finca Las Tangas, although Klein has defended himself saying he only taught self-defense, many students confessed after there learned to handle weapons, explosives, design and install plans to kill everybody who was involved with the Guerrilla.

One student of Klein confessed that at the end of training, he said that "for the work they will do, will receive an allowance of 150 pesos a month and a bonus of 200 thousand dollars for each child of a bitch guerrillas and peasants bent would kill. " Courses were part of 60 fighters, founders of the school "The Fifty", in Marsh Palagua, inspection of Larissa, rural area of Puerto Boyacá.

In the end only 20 students passed the course. At the graduation of the first paramilitary group trained by the Israelis were 'The Mexican' and Colonel Luis Bohorquez, then commander of Battalion Bárbula, and who was subsequently removed from office. There was Alonso de Jesús Baquero, known by the alias "Black Vladimir." Also, brothers Fidel and Carlos Castaño. Although 'Vladimir' is considered his star pupil, also highlighted other as 'Venom' and 'Henry', experts polygon with telescopic sights.

But the 'Black Vladimir, who now pay 30 years in prison rose to fame when she told what happened to the birth of the paramilitaries, and who had been part of the deserting FARC demanded he said when delivering her daughter for five years the organization. He became the right hand of Henry Perez, former commander of the AUC of the Magdalena Medio.

Only between 1987 and 1989, executed in cold blood more than 600 people, many of them slaughtered to prevent noise and being caught in action. Was the perpetrator of the massacres of La Rochelle, Segovia, Honduras, La Negra, Puerto Araújo which killed 19 merchants, to cite only some of his adventures.

Also on the list alias 'Rodrigo' who was trained to teach others. The initial squad of 20 men soon became 50 and then to 100 and 200 men who were called to Urabá to protect the banana plantations. Then came the third phase of expansion in Cordoba Salvatore Mancuso, the AUC after Sinu and finally went to a strip was pinned to the border with Venezuela. From there everything is a long and bloody history of storytelling.

Klein came to be known by the majority of Colombians in June 1989 when the national news, television showed gunmen who were firing from their trucks to simulate white people and were led by a foreigner of 1.85 meters, approximately 90 kilos of weight and white hair. By then not told his name, but it is known that the army was trained by Carlos Castaño Yair Klein, 88, a year after coming to Colombia.

The clearest memory of the actions of Israeli mercenary Yair Klein is on old television news pictures when they saw armed men from their pickup trucks shooting at targets that simulated people. Colombians began to rumors that something bad was brewing in that simulation that was made in luxurious estates in the Magdalena Medio.

Indeed, a few days the string of massacres of unarmed civilians was a lot of pain the country, followed Segovia, San Carlos, Urabá among others. Crimes were similar in population of Antioquia which then became more frequent in the rest of the country. Behind these young thugs was the hand "trainer" of Mercenary Klein, who paid the late drug kingpin Jose Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha. Were the bands of gunmen who then grew into a federation grouped into the Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC).

That man of great military training was captured by Interpol in Moscow, who were alerted to similar de Colombia which immediately reported the news to the Government.

Former President Alvaro Uribe to inform that immediately demanded his extradition, which no one believes he really, and although the procedure is started several years ago, to date Mr. Klein not be extradited to Colombia.

One of the outgoing directors of the DAS, Andres Penate, called it a "terrorist and bandit, coach and trainer for groups of thugs."

The latest news from Colombia who met the Israeli mercenary Yair Klein gave in 2002. In that year, the High Court of Manila sentenced him to 10 years and eight months in prison and a fine of 22 minimum wages. The reason was his participation in the strengthening and training in military practices to paramilitary groups. Although he was never captured, it seemed that history had ended with Colombia.

The 'Straight Talk with the press' Canal Caracol, aired an interview with the infamous character. It criticized the demobilization of the paramilitaries, who said:

"It's stupid and a lack of leadership without disrupting the paramilitaries have killed the guerrilla. There is foreign pressure because the Colombian government can not be so stupid for that"

In statements to the program, Klein said he would return to Colombia if they need to end the guerrilla, who was the important work begun in the country in 1987 and has not been completed.
